This summer, in Daneți, people learned how to start a business.
In July, we completed the first two groups of entrepreneurship skills training within the INES project — an Interreg Romania–Bulgaria project that brings professional training directly to communities across Dolj, Vidin, and Montana.
We didn’t ask people to come to Craiova. We went to them. That is the idea behind INES: a mobile training service that reaches communities where people cannot commute to the city every day to attend a course.
What did the 26 participants learn? How to turn an idea into a business plan, where to look for funding, and what concrete steps are needed to start a business of their own. At the end of the course, each participant received a certificate of completion.
In total, INES is training 400 people across the cross-border region — 200 in entrepreneurship skills and 200 in digital skills. Daneți was the first step.
Would you like to have a course in your community? Write to us at mpe@mpe.ro and we will organize a group wherever it is needed.
