Innovative Educational Services in the Cross-Border Region of Vidin\u2013Montana\u2013Dolj<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-25aac52 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"25aac52\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Proiectul <strong>\u201cInnovative Educational Services in the Cross-Border Region of Vidin\u2013Montana\u2013Dolj (INES)\u201d<\/strong> \u00ee\u0219i propune s\u0103 consolideze competen\u021bele cheie \u0219i s\u0103 faciliteze integrarea pe pia\u021ba muncii \u0219i \u00een societatea digital\u0103 pentru locuitorii din mediul rural \u0219i grupurile vulnerabile din zona transfrontalier\u0103 Vidin-Montana-Dolj. Proiectul r\u0103spunde unei provoc\u0103ri comune \u00een aceast\u0103 zon\u0103: preg\u0103tirea insuficient\u0103 a unei p\u0103r\u021bi importante a popula\u021biei pentru cerin\u021bele actuale ale pie\u021bei muncii, \u00een contextul acceler\u0103rii transform\u0103rilor tehnologice \u0219i al nevoii tot mai mari de adaptare la servicii \u0219i instrumente digitale.<\/p><p>Obiectivul general al INES este \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea nivelului de competen\u021be digitale, antreprenoriale \u0219i lingvistice, prin servicii educa\u021bionale inovatoare, adaptate nevoilor identificate \u00een regiune. Schimbarea a\u0219teptat\u0103 const\u0103 \u00eentr-o preg\u0103tire mai bun\u0103 pentru ocupare, o cre\u0219tere a alfabetiz\u0103rii digitale \u0219i condi\u021bii mai solide pentru integrarea social\u0103 \u0219i economic\u0103 a participan\u021bilor, contribuind totodat\u0103 la cre\u0219terea competitivit\u0103\u021bii regiunii.<\/p><p>\u00cen cadrul proiectului a fost dezvoltat\u0103 aceast\u0103 platform\u0103 educa\u021bional\u0103 online, care ofer\u0103 resurse accesibile pentru auto\u00eenv\u0103\u021bare \u0219i formare, precum \u0219i materiale \u0219i programe de training axate pe competen\u021be digitale, antreprenoriat \u0219i competen\u021be lingvistice (rom\u00e2n\u0103 \u0219i bulgar\u0103). Cooperarea dintre partenerii din Bulgaria \u0219i Rom\u00e2nia permite schimbul de experien\u021b\u0103 \u0219i bune practici, dezvoltarea unor solu\u021bii unitare \u0219i extinderea impactului la nivel regional. Caracterul inovator al proiectului rezult\u0103 din combinarea form\u0103rii clasice cu solu\u021bii digitale \u0219i servicii mobile, care creeaz\u0103 mecanisme durabile de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare.
